Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience with our company.
We want you to be able to have a great time but with some respect for our vehicles. There is absolutely no smoking for our chauffeurs or our passengers in any of the limousines. We don't mind pulling over if someone needs to smoke. We just can not have our limousines smell like smoke for a Bride's Wedding. Or for our next passengers that do not like the smell of smoke.
You are welcome to bring what ever kind of alcohol inside the limousine that you would like. Explain to your group that there will be extra charges for vomit, broken equipment, ect. We do not like to charge for broken and or ruined equipment, we like to avoid the issue all together.
We do not allow food in the limousines, crumbs and food get squished in the carpets.
We want our limousines to look good for you.
Shuttling of passengers: We quote your rate based on what you tell us you are doing for the night, any additional shuttling of passengers needing to go back and forth will be an extra charge even though you have rented by the hour. This is not including normal shuttle arraignments that are explained during confirmations with the Trolley.
If you reserve a limousine with a passenger capacity that will be the minimum rate and each additional passenger above that cap will incur an additional fee.
We try our best to create superb service. We will not be held responsible for acts of god, mechanical and/or electrical failure or anything that is out of our reasonable control. We reserve the right to substiute a limo.
Cancellations:
All reservations require a non-refundable, non-date changeable deposit, this deposit is deducted from your rate and reserves your vehicle for the date and time you requested and can not be rented to anyone else.
Night Out: If you cancel between 14-8 days 1/2 of the reservation is charged, if you cancel between 7-0 days the full amount of the reservation is charged.
Wedding, Sweet 15, Sweet 16: If you cancel 90 or more days before the booked date you only lose your deposit. Cancellations that are 0-89 days prior are liable for the full charges
Our Prom cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel 60 or more days before the booked date you only lose your deposit. Cancellations that are 0-59 days prior are liable for the full charges.
