Thank you so much for all your help with the wedding. everything went perfect. The limo was actually early to get the guys and then to get all us girls at my mother's house, which was great. My neices and my nephew, the flower girls and ring bearer, all thought the limo was the coolest thing ever and had a ball in it. After the ceremony on the way from the church to the Inn for the reception we had 22 people in the limo, and there were quite a few bigs guys included in that number, and we all still fit comfortable and had a great time.
Our driver, Paul, was great, he was so nice and accomidating all day with us. the church was on back roads in the middle of no where and he had no porblems getting us there. He made everything go so smoothly, i couldn't have asked for better.
Thank you again for such a great experience, I would definately recommend you to friends and family whenever they may need a limo.

The limo was amazing! The first one i have ever been in. I loved it the chauffeur was really nice and funny.

The party bus was a lot of fun, the only thing was that it leaked a little on us, and the
tables would fall down occasionally, but other than that it was a blast, so the tables and leaking didnt bother me that much because you had explained that it was a knock down party bus and not luxorious at all. so that was fine.the Chauffeur ( i believe his name was Paul?) was so much fun, he seemed like a friend rather than a Chauffeur. I felt like we stiffed him a little though because all the tips we gave him had to go to a ticket he got. But it was fun and hopefully in a few years we can do it again.

Our driver Chris was excellent! He provided a great tour of Boston on the way to the ship. He picked up that we were Red Sox fans and drove us right by Fenway. We were thrilled. He was waiting right at the dock for us when we returned. The only complaint would be the difficulty in controlling the temperature in the back of the limousine we were unsure if it was us or a problem with the heating/AC controls. We will definitely recommend Limo Affair! |

I have to say that we were extremely pleased with how things went on Saturday afternoon. My family was thrilled when they saw the car and were delighted in the way they were treated by Chris.
Chris proved to be an excellent driver, courteous, and very concerned about ensuring that we had a fantastic time. He made sure that we were dropped off in the right location and ensured that he was close by when it was time for us to leave. My sister's grandsons were so impressed by him that they needed to get his autograph which we all thought was very cute, and the boys were thrilled to get his business card.
Having rented many limousines in the past, on both coasts, I have to say that I found Chris to be the most competent and friendliest driver that I have ever encountered. I certainly will ask for him again when we rent a limousine from your firm.

We had a fabulous time in Boston on Saturday night. The Blue Man Group performance was great. Frank was the absolute best chauffeur. He was very knowledgeable about the theater district in Boston and made the ride to and from Boston very enjoyable for the four of us. He even took the time to escort us to the restaurant,which was within walking distance. We loved Frank. The only criticism we had was the condition of the limo. The windows were very dirty and the interior was on the dusty side. Overall it was a good experience
and we will keep Limo Affair in mind for our next limousine service.

The limousine was beautiful, the only thing that could have been better was the Air Conditioning, it didn't seem to be working, and it got pretty hot in there! Other than that it was great. The Chauffeur was very nice, even though we had to leave a bit late because we were waiting for passengers to arrive. The trip was great, definitley a birthday to remember, thank you so much. |

The limos from this weekend were just wonderful! The driver of the 14-passenger (Chris) was just too helpful and accommodating and just made things so nice for us. I was very nervous having not seen the limos and using your company for the first time but all of my fears were put to rest.
I also appreciated the fact that he made sure to contact me when there was a delay. The drop off for the guys took a little longer than expected and the driver called the contact #, which was my cell #, to tell me of the delay. With all of the commotion, I didn't hear the phone. He actually called the front desk of the hotel to make sure I got the message that he was on his way. I really appreciated that and it made things very easy.
In addition to being a bridesmaid for this wedding, I am also an event planner on the side. I am always taking note of services I use to keep as an option for a wedding I am planning. I will definitely keep you in mind for my next function. Thank you so much!

I'd just like to say, "Thank you" for the excellent service we received from A Limo Affair. In the morning, you found a limo and a driver for us for THAT evening; an hour or so later, you not only recommended alternative restaurants when our first choice of restaurants fell through, but you called the restaurant for us in an attempt to get us in anyway; in the afternoon, you altered the time by two hours to allow us to go to our first choice retaurant after all; and in the evening, Charlie met us promptly with a smile on his face. Throughout the night, Charlie we AWESOME -- please tell him I said so! -- making sure we had his cell phone number, treating each girl like a princess as he helped her in and out of the car, posing for a picture with the girls (sorry, Charlie), repeatedly doing head counts to ensure we didn't leave anyone behind, checking the car for any lost items, and best of all, getting us into Boston on time even after we gave him a little detour. WOW.
If I'm ever in need of a limo in the future (and I hope I am :) ), I will definitely call you again. I will also make it a point to recommend your company to friends.
All in all, it ended up being a fabulous 18th birthday celebration for my daughter, and it wouldn't have happened without you all, so thank you! |

Everything was absolutley perfect. Chris, our limo driver arrived at the agreed upon time and location and had us in the lot right next to the stadium in no time with plenty to spare. The limo was the perfect size for all of us and was very neat and comfortable. At the end of the game Chris was there waiting for all of us and got us all home safely. Quite an enjoyable evening. We all love to tailgate and get to the games 4 hours early but I could get used to going this route once in awhile. We'll certainly be using your service again and hope we can get Chris as our driver as well. He did a great job. Thanks again for an excellent time. Go Patriots!!! |

happy holidays!
the limo went over soo well, we had an absolute blast and our chauffeur
chris was awesome!!! Everything worked out really well our driver was ontime and very
understanding of what we wanted. He had the red carpet out and was very
patient with our picture taking! We had an absolute blast! the
complimentary champagne was delicious, and the sound system was great! He
even let us decorate the limo with a few balloons on the inside. I
appreciate your kindness in dealing with all my questions. I was pleased
to see that there was no extra charge for the limo to come out to chicopee
to pick us up, then drive us to hartford CT. He had the limo warmed up and
was close by so we could go back to the limo speratically through the
evening. We had an awesome time, my sister was surprised and had the best
birthday of her life! |

I would just like to take a moment to thank you guys for a spectacular
experience. Dec. 9th I used you guys for the Patriots game. Chris was our
driver and he was better than could be expected. He was very proffesional
and knew his way in and out of the stadium. Usually if you take your own car
you can expect to be sitting in traffic for about an hour to an hour and a
half. I think we were home within two hours so we didnt sit in traffic
waiting to get out of the parking lot at all it was great. I will be sure to
use you again in the future for any limo needs you guys rock. We had a great
time at the game of course the Patriots won so that made it even better.

to tell you how pleased we were with your limousine
company. On June 29, 2007 my wife and I were married
and your company provided exceptional limousine
service. Your vehicle was just as described, punctual,
and our driver was simply amazing. Our driver, Chris
was extremely professional. Chris did not miss a beat,
his attention to detail could not be surpassed by
anyone. Chris drove my Wife and her bridesmaids to the
church. After assisting the women out of the limousine
Chris helped my wife walk up the church stairs and
through the church doors. Once inside the church Chris

Dear Brad and Melony, I want to take the opportunity to tell you that your driver Chris is a remarkable person. I have used your service exclusively for the past several months when I travel because all the men I have met - Frank, Brian and Johnson to name a few, are always early or on time, courteous, and give me the feeling that they are driving safely. On my last trip to NY, July 12, Chris picked me up at 6:30 AM. He is always cheerful - no matter the time of morning. He has bottled water and the newspaper ready for my ride. It makes me feel special. That is a very nice touch. He told me that he had a pickup at around 7:00 PM at Logan.. I told him that I would be coming in around that time, and maybe he could arrange to pick me up. At about 5:00, as I was racing to catch my plane home from JFK, there were torrential downpours in NYC, and all the planes were delayed. My cell phone battery died, and I called Chris from a pay phone to tell him that my 5:50 PM flight was now scheduled to depart at 8:30. Chris told me that it was not a problem and that he's make sure that he - or someone else would be there for me. It gave me such a feeling of confidence that things were being taken care of for me in Boston. Chris called and left messaged letting me know that he was aware that the plane was delayed further. Well, the storm escalated and we sat on the runway for hours. At about 2:00 AM we took off. I called Chris at some point while we were in queue at JFK and he assured me that he was there waiting for me and that I shouldn't worry. When we landed at about 2:45 AM - there was Chris - waiting for me - even though I was delayed 8 hours. I couldn't believe it! I find traveling for business stressful. Heck - you try running to a gate in high heels with a laptop! You have a gentleman on your team that makes the experience so much more pleasant. I know that I can rely on Chris, which makes me confident that I can rely on your company. Please make sure you take care of Chris because he is taking extra special care of his customers. He is excellent at customer care. You have a star player on your team. Congratulations! |
