The limo was great. We (all 10 of us) had plenty of room, and the ride was extremely smooth. The amenities were spectacular and we all had a really fun time with the lights and music controls. The chauffeur was extremely personable, and at the location fifteen minutes ahead of time which we all greatly appreciated. The night was great, although we ended up dropping everyone off and ending the night at 11:15, an hour and a half early. We didn't think to ask to just be driven around but thought with the pretty stringent (yet understandale) restrictions on drop-offs that it would be a little unwise. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely use the company again. Thanks for all your help with the setting up and getting in contact with my mom. She also really appreciated all the precautions with the drop-offs that were taken, and had a great talk with Mr. Landry (the chauffeur) before we left for prom. Thanks again, |

we were entirely satisfied with the experience overall! The limo was just what I was hoping for and Don was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and punctual! We all had a great night and the bride and groom were completely surprised and thanked me all night for arranging it!
If ever I need limo service in that area again, or know anyone who is looking for one...I'll be sure to recommend you!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Party Paul. He was awesome, very attentive, very efficient and professional, yet funny as well. He took us to each place we wanted to go with a smile, and even came in to some of the places and chatted with us. He stood up for us when some drunken lady told us we were bad people, and helped my boyfriend out when he had a nose bleed. I might not quite remember the end of the night, but I was told Paul offered to help my boyfriend carry me into my dorm! HAHA! He made the rules clear but was very nice about it and we didn't feel like he was on a power trip, like some of the other experiences we have had with other limo companies. The Zebra limo couldn't have been more perfect. My friends had an amazing time, and so did I. Party Paul even talked to my dad while we were at my house and we found out he grew up in the same neighborhood as my older brother and sister! The next time I need a limo, or one of my friends does, we will absolutely be using Limo Affair. We appreciate everything and had one of the best nights of our lives, all in a safe manner because no one had to drink and drive! Thank You again!! |

The night was a big success- the party bus was perfect for what we wanted, and Paul couldn't have been a better driver. He was courteous to the group, helpful with stopping for restroom needs, and his choice of music was perfect. We could not have been happier with the experience, and are already looking at doing it again for a Patriots game. |

I just wanted to thank you for the great service you provided my daughter and her friends last night as they were wisked away to the Junior Prom! The car was unbelieveable and everyone that I spoke to at your company was always very friendly and helpful. You really helped make it a memorable event for all 18 of them-I'm sure it's a night that they will never forget! In the words of my daughter, "the limo was so freaking awesome!". We had a wonderful night! Our Chauffeur was absolutely amazing and accommodating. We had an individual who needed to go back soon after we arrived at the event (you would think a 27 year old man could control his liquor intake but apparently not) and he was more than happy to bring him back which I really appreciated. I am attaching some pictures I took of the limo and the whole group in front.
All in all everyone had a wonderful night. I would recommend your services to anybody who asked! It was a seamless transaction, Thank you again! |

OMG I LLLLLOOOOOVVVVEE it me and my friends had such a good time and I want to get it again we were so happy with the service and we have been telling everyone about it. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the request to pay the gratuity separately. I didn't know this ahead time so I had only planned on writing the one check. Everything worked out ok though.

John (the driver) was very professional and went above and beyond any other driver I've had. You can tell he really takes pride in his as well as the H2 because that vehicle was impeccable. He was more than accommodating and he was liked by everybody in our party. He took the extra time to explain the details and features of the limo and even packed our coolers inside for us!
When he had to swap the H2 for the Excursion he kept us notified and made it a point to move all of our belongings (even the CD in the CD player to the new limo). Brad even emailed me to update me on the swap. Everything went off without a hitch and it really was a great night!
So thank you once again for the upgrade and the excellent service. You guys are truly the best!! |

We had a wonderful time and want to thank you for providing us with such a nice driver. He took us to Symphony Hall, and when my son called him to say we were just leaving the hall, he said he would be there in five minutes and was. He then, at our request, took us for dessert at a nice French restaurant about a half mile from Symphony Hall and again was quick to pick us up again after my son's call. It was a very special evening, and now some of my other grandchildren want to know when it will be their turn!!! ...it was such an awesome experience for the girls....(and yours truly with my pent up wanna-be rock star vibes !!!) The entire day went off without a hitch....Paul got us in and out of Harvard Square with no problems...not an easy feat considering how crowded it was there and the lack of parking, etc... He was very helpful with getting our senior and younger riders in and out of the vehicle and was just very accomodating all the way around. Thanks so much for making our teenager's 14th birthday one to remember....The only problem...how do we top that one for the 15th birthday ???? |

Our night was great. The Chauffeur was fantastic, he had some issues to deal with and did his best as we had no heat in the limo from dinner on. He got on the phone and got it working once, but not again after that. Luckily it was not extremely cold outside that night, so it didn’t ruin our night. I tip my hat to him because he handled it very well. I know that things always seem to break while you have customers present, it just seems to follow Murphy’s law, so I don’t envy the position he was in, it can be embarrassing. But again I just want to thank you and I will defiantly give you guys a call again for our next night out. |

I want to thank you for sending the larger limo, we had plenty of room. Paul the driver was excellant and really made the trip great. The only few negatives I had were 1)one of the wine glasses was cracked (I only mention this because I didn't want you folks to think we broke it and tried to hide it); 2)the limo was a bit noisey at different road speeds as if the rear-end or tires were out of balancing; 3) the rear heat only worked when we got on the highway and then never that good. We really froze driving around Boston or idling as the air just blew cold. I don't want to give you the impression that it was a bad experience because we did have a good time and as I said Paul was great. The freezing was the only girpe that I wish we could have done something about. However, I would not hesitate to use you folks again but please check the heater out on that car. Thanks again. |
