Disclaimer: In July & August we get alot of a/c complaints. 99% of the time it is operator error or there is too much body heat for the a/c to keep up with. Occasionally it is mechanical, but rarely. Make sure the heat & a/c buttons are not on at the same time and the a/c vents are open. I have to give special thanks to DAVID'S MOBILE SERVICE for keeping our limousines running efficiently. Dave was working until 12a one night just to make sure our Bride had air for her Wedding!!!

He did a wicked good job at living up to every expectation that all of us had. 	The night was awesome. Chauffeur was excellent. Thank you for the great service! However, I would not advertise that the bus fits (22) males between 150-180 lbs. I think that was even a stretch. We had 15 men some around 150 most around 180-200lbs. It was really tight. I would recommend advertising a max of 15-18 for average size males. The only way you would fit 22 poeple on the bus if the group were small women. Regardless it did not ruin our fun and the service was great. Again, Thank You.

I was telling my husband at the end of the night we stopped on the mass pike to get a snack and use the bathrooms and he came in with us! 	I wanted to let you know how our night when on Friday. This was for my friend's Bachelorette Party and it was a success!! The bride-to-be was so excited and the limo was awesome. Charlie arrived early at 6:45p.m. and we were not ready to leave right away, so he just pulled up the street and waited for us. He was so pleasant to work with. Once we got to the Theatre he informed me that he had to go back and get another limo but he would be back before the show got over. Once we left the show we came outside to a limo upgrade...it was the Escalade!!! The bride-to-be was so excited!! We went to our next destination and showed up in style. There were no problems getting everyone to leave in time to meet Charlie. Thank you so much for such an awesome night. I am so glad that we found your company. 	I just want to tell you how great your service was.....from the limos being early ( which made the little kids run outside and look!) to the simply wonderful caring attitudes of your drivers! Of course the girls all LOVE Chris ( or C-DOG as they call him) but both drivers presented themselves well and were extremely helpful to us all. At the wedding ceremony site, they did everything possible to make things go smoothly...and seemed to anticipate our every need. The ride to the reception site was a TRIP for me and the groom's father,as we had the 8 children with us, drinking nice cold water from champagne glasses and loving every minute of it! I can't thank you and your drivers enough for the excellent service you provided. We will certainly spread the word about your company and recommend you highly to everyone we can! 	Our limo was great. It was clean, the air worked wonderfully (it was rather hot that day!). The Chauffeur was super nice, understanding, helpful, and patient. We had a great night. The chauffeur asked us all two or three times if we had everything, specifically, cell phones. We all checked and got out of the limo, and he left. Five minutes later, one of the girls realized she didn't have her cell, and he came back to deliver it. Finally, the address he was picking us up at was new (not in Googlemaps or Mapquest or in any GPS systems) and yet the driver still figured out how to get there. That was quite impressive! Thank you so much for helping to make it a great night!

	Our experience that night was remarkable. It made my brother's bachelor party a fantastic night for all 14 of us that went out! Our driver was great and was easy-going with a bunch of hard-partying guys. He made himself constantly available wherever we were to pick us up and drove us right up to the door wherever we wanted to get dropped off throughout the night. I would highly recommend your party bus to anyone looking for a night out on the town partying, and would love to have another occasion to use it again myself! 	In all honesty the limousine was beautiful and was everything we expected and more. The Champagne was wonderful and the accomodations were very comfortable for 11 adults and 2 children. Our chauffeur was incredible! He helped Kelly with her dress, he got waters for whoever needed them, he helped the photographer...he was amazing. If I wasn't broke from the wedding I would have tipped him so much more...he went well beyond the call of duty. He took the stuff from all the girls in the wedding party and got it in and out of the limo with no problem at all. He was very prompt and eased everyone's nerves the entire time. Parking was tough at the reception, but he remained calm and got us into the driveway and said we could relax in the limo for a few minutes if we needed to. Overall the whole experience was wonderful. If we ever need limousine service or know anyone else who does we will immediately give them your name. Thank you so much!

	We had a great time and a good experience with you guys. Don was awesome and treated us great. We had actually figured the moon roof situation and it makes sense to not let it open. The window situation wasn't a big deal. The AC was working but the blowers in the front end of the limo weren't blowing any air at all so it was just half of the limo that was a little warm, not a huge problem.
