I'd like to personally thank you for your wonderful service. The bachelorette  party was a definite success. The limo was even better than I could have imagined!!! Charlie, (our chauffeur) was amazing. He was punctual, took great care of us, made sure we were all safe, took a few pics for us with about 5 different cameras and he did this all with wonderful attitude and a constant smile on his face. I really appreciate both of you and your incredible customer service. I've used many companies for car services and I must say, you guys are the only ones that followed up with me and made sure everything went well, so thanks again. I will definitely contact you for the next time I need another limo...actually I'm planning a night out for New Year's Eve and my birthday next May, so I'm sure we will be in contact. I would like to thank you and Steve.

The ability to make some quick reservations, simple confermation process, Steve calling the night before to make sure we were on the same page, Steve arriving early so that we were not concerned about whether or not he would make it, nice smooth ride not choppy. everyone had a great time.

Steve was a great driver and also easy to work with, as far as i can tell he did not judge me either for not feeling so well by the end of the night. Steve also did not seem to be to worried about being tipped extra money at the end of the night, as when he came over and let us know that we went over on our rental and I pulled out some money for the ability to tip him and pay the remainder he said that we covered the extra and did not take any more.

If you have any questions please let me know but we were very satisfied with Steve and the process.

Joe was terrific and the limo was perfect.  We had a great time and my little sis was totally surprised.  She took us all up to her level of partying and a few of us older folks were in pretty rough shape the remainder of the weekend.  It was great not to have to worry about driving and everyone was able to relax and enjoy the full night out.

Our limo was AMAZING. I wanted to thank you so much for reaching back out to be when the Zebra Hummer became available. Our party was floored when they saw it pull up - very impressive.

Unfortunatly our bride-to-be had a little TOO much fun before the limo and we weren't able to stay out very long, but I did want to add that the promoter that you suggested, Chris, provided exactly everything that he promised. We ended up going to Whiskey Park and got in right away, free cover charge, and even rec'd a 2nd free bottle of liquor at our table because it was someone's birthday in the month of August. I had trouble believing him when he mentioned that offer over the phone, but it was true.

Just wanted to say "THANK YOU SO MUCH!"  We had a great night at the concert and the guest of honor for her 50th Birthday Party was THRILLED with the limo and arrangements!
